Cancellation/Rescheduling/Gift Card Policies

  • You must cancel all appointments 24 hours in advance to allow other clients to be able to book.  A credit card will be required for all appointments. Prepayment or Deposit will be required for selected & Holiday appointments. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of the massage or reschedule so that our other appointments are not inconvenienced. Also arriving late will require that we end the session at the scheduled time.  All Same day cancellations will be subject to a 100% service charge fee and also will be applied if you no call/show to your appointment. The rescheduling/ cancellation fee must be paid before your next appointment. If you have a gift certificate, the full amount of service rescheduling/cancellation fee still applies. Remember that even one missed appointment can greatly affect expected clinical results/goals. Please be aware that we have your scheduled time specifically blocked off to help you reach your goals. Continuous rescheduling, arriving late and missed appointments will result in no future services unless it is purchased in advanced. We truly love our work, but time is also important to other clients waiting to book.

  • WEATHER: Safety always remains our top priority which is why we give you advance notice of weather conditions along with the weather channel. Despite the inclement weather conditions, our same-day cancellation policy remains intact if you choose not to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your therapist will confirm the day before.

  • Due to Covid, we require all intake forms to be filled out online prior to your appointment.  Please use the forms tab above to fill out your form. If you are running late or need directions, please contact us as soon as possible to notify of your estimate arrival time. Arriving late, plus the need of a proper intake may shorten your session time.

  • GIFT CARDS:  ALL Gift Cards Federally expire after 5 years from date of purchase. No exceptions. We do not provide refunds on Gift Cards/Certificates.  You may transfer or "sell" your gift card if you choose not to use it. We do not need to be notified if you choose to do that.  Due to the amount of gift card sales, we are not able to track any lost or stolen gift cards.  You must have either your EGift card code or physical gift certificate upon redemption. Payment is due at the time of service if you can't locate your Gift card.  All Gift Cards are for massage services and Enhancements and do not apply towards gratuity. If you wish to leave gratuity, please bring cash or card to appointment. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.   As of October 1, 2021, all gift cards values will be applied towards our new rate of service.

  • For EGIFT CARDS Purchases- You will receive TWO EMAILS, one will be your order confirmation/receipt and one is the actual GIFT CARD with a 16 Digit Code. You must have the 16 digit code in order to redeem your services. Payment is due at the time of service if you can't locate gift card. We are not responsible for lost emails or accidental deletion of emails in relation to your gift card.  Please take a photo of your Gift Card in case you misplace the email.
