Are there any restrictions or blackout dates (peak times, holidays)?
This membership does not have any blackout dates. If the spa is open, your membership will be honored when an appointment is available.

Are there limits on the number of visits or services per month?
No. You can receive treatments as often as you like. After you use your accrued benefit, you can use your special member pricing on additional services.

What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, services will not accrue during that time and other member benefits will be suspended; however, you can use your accrued services.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes, we offer options to pause memberships. Please call the spa directly for details.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Refer to the cancellation section of the terms and conditions for full details.

Can a friend or family member use my accrued benefits? No, the prepaid benefits can only be used by the individual who enrolled in the membership.

Can I change my membership plan (upgrade or downgrade)?
Yes, we offer multiple membership options.
